(Do Black America Really Want A Solution?)

Sometimes I wonder if Black America really want a solution to solve black issues once and for all? For 24 years I’ve been doing my best to find 30 qualified people in my city and online to join my management team through my Youtube videos, my Blogtalkradio show, my social groups, my blog postings, my free webinars on Facebook, Google Plus and Skype and now through my revised book. Since 2001 over 4000 people has been killed in Chicago alone and as a result Chicago is currently the murder capital in America. We see that nothing is working to end senseless violence in Chicago, so why is there so much resistance to my action plan within Black America? Because of this Willie Lynch mentality within the black culture.

The only thing which is preventing me from turning my virtual organization “GRCAM” into a real business known as the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute is the lack of manpower and the capital. This is why I focus on promoting my revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition in order to generate capital and hire qualified people who meet the criteria I am looking for and also to attract people from the business community who are Angel Investors, Business Partners, Christian Entrepreneurs, and Social Entrepreneurs to discuss my for profit business plan. In contrast, I also hope to attract Donors, Philanthropist, and Sponsors to discuss my nonprofit business plan.

The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is a virtual Christian socialist organization at this time. It has three main components a social service component, a spiritual component, and a political component. I believe that inner city youth and their families are entitled to respect, basic resources, and safety in their own community. GRCAM is a virtual Christian socialist organization for now. Christian socialism is a form of socialism based on the teachings of Jesus.

We believe capitalism is idolatrous and rooted in greed, which some Christian denominations consider a mortal sin. The cause of social inequality is due to capitalism. GRCAM is committed to teaching the healing ministry of Jesus by showing compassion to inner city youth and their families which will promote dignity to the people and community we will serve. I created GRCAM as a place where like minded individuals within the United States and abroad for people of all walks of life can gather in unison to fight for equality and social justice and for us to be on one accord.

I explain to my Christian friends that we should focus on what we stand for: love, compassion, social justice, and liberation theology. Jesus commanded us to be a witness to others not just for us to read his word, but to activate social change in the world according to Luke 4:18-19. This organization is for people who are passionate about making changes in this world. I welcome all Christian denominations in the faith, secular people, and moderate Muslims to participate in this new movement in Black America.

Once my Christian organization is established in Chicago I will declare war on this Willie Lynch mentality by teaching our clients and members all of the principles in my revised book. GRCAM will put all of ideas from my book and put them into action. GRCAM will help create new and collaborative ideas which will lead to innovative thinking.

Under our political component – We will create our own independent political party at the local level. We will educate the community and push for community rights by creating our own laws known as community rights and getting those laws on the books which will be compatible with the dominant culture. Our laws would protect our local residents and give the community a voice and those affected by bias in the current system. We will hold both Rogue Cops and Urban Terrorist accountable for their actions in a constructive manner. We will form cooperative alliance beyond the black community so that this organization can be diverse for all people of Chicago and surrounding suburbs of Chicago.

The Democratic Party likes to say that they try to do as much as they can to help minorities, it’s really just for show. What has Democrats done for the black community over the last fifty years? The Republican Party or the Green Party is no different. In the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement will create our own independent party at the local level in order to inspire black people that America is our country too, and we deserve to have the greatness and richness in it as well. I don’t want to see my people trapped in American ghettos through my Christian organization I am trying to start in my city. We will help transform our inner cities starting in Chicago. We don’t want to fall asleep to the sound of gunfire. We don’t want poverty we want to create legitimate jobs within our urban community. There is a strength in us that is just waiting to be unleashed, and we have an opportunity to fill the vacuum. This is something which the black community has not had in a long time.

We are no longer asleep, but my voice alone is not enough to convince working class blacks and poor blacks who are dependent on government programs. I’ve always believe there are a certain percentage of the population that were perfectly fit to be Democrats. There are things which have been done by the government which put urban communities in certain situations in which they have become.

In GRCAM we will teach our members about honest work ethic and how important it is for getting an education to get where you want to be in life. It's about working hard to get where you want out of life. The mainstream media only focus on urban violence and crime. The question remind why do black people continue to vote for Democrats when they have been complaining about the same issues since the 1960’s?

GRCAM will provide a support system which will empower single black families and the black community both socially and economically. We will offer private employment to our clients and members based on our budget and our sponsorship. In time we will offer a second chance program for ex offenders, former gang members, and assist the homeless. I want the best DJs within African America, Afro Brazilians, Caribbean Islanders, and Native Africans to be on my team. We will display the best of black culture has to offer: from concerts, classes, and plenty of family activities.

We will host the best parties in Chicago, with various music genres such as Reggae, Gospel, R&B, Jazz, Hip Hop/Holy Hip Hop, Spoken word and more. We will create the best films and stage plays in Chicago, and we will promote unknown artist who become members of this organization. It's my hope that the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago could become the Hub in the Midwest for emerging artists and upcoming entrepreneurs. I am not about making empty promises but rather offer a detail plan in my revised book. If African Americans and other would just read my story objectively, they will see that I offer a real plan which would improve the lives of people living in urban community.

I want to make Chicago a model first before we expand to 25 other cities within 25 states. Once we're established in 25 cities I plan on having Native Africans in America to assist me in setting up chapters in 25 countries in Africa. We will go through the proper channels with their government to start my (NGO) Non-government organization/ private non-profit and for profit service based business. We will offer private employment to our clients and members based on our budget and our sponsorship. We will provide infrastructure for clean running water, agricultural technology to feed the people, and most of all help improve the African economy as well as educate our people about the problems with Capitalism and show them an alternative GRCAM. We will also expand to Brazil and the Caribbean Islands.

Our mission is to end urban violence, poverty, structural inequality, institutionalized racism, and police brutality within the communities and cities we will serve if given a chance. GRCAM is about making our urban community better, healthier, and stronger. GRCAM is also about building a strong unified global community and providing basic resources to families that want to utilize our programs and services. GRCAM is open to all ordinary law abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist. GRCAM is private in order for me to weed out small minded individuals and people who careless about inner city youth and their families. Thank you for reading this post and your consideration to purchase my revised book. Please share this post so that I can grow this movement and spread my book information with your friends, place of worship, and also at your local community center so that we can make Black America great again just like our people did during Black Wall Street. Peace over violence
