(From GRCAM To GRCAI: Global Initiative)

Before I can begin my Christian organization the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute in Africa, my creator wants me to start it in my city first Chicago for credibility. Most of my critics ask me are you sure God called you to do this? I explain to my critics if it was up to me my Christian organization would have been established 25 years ago but people have free will. It’s not my fault that I am unable to find qualified people in my city to join my organization. I don’t have another 25 years to waste my goal in 2017 is to connect with other like minded professional individuals and Millennials to read my story first in order to speed up the process of turning my vision into a reality cause my city and other need it.

No excuses for people on my friends list and those in my social groups who are unable to afford to purchase my revised book they can still watch my Youtube videos for free, they could read my blog postings for free, or listen/participate on my Blogtalkradio events for free. I created Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos in order to mobilize my true supporters across the United States and my supporters from around the globe to share my story. Where is the black media? Where are the professional black middle class? This is why I wrote my story so that I can connect with other like minded progressive African Americans. I am looking forward to building an alliance with African Immigrants, Afro-Brazilians, Afro-Caribbean, Non-black sympathizers as well as all Christian denominations, moderate Muslims, and secular people who are interested in joining this new movement in Urban America called the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement.

Since 2001 over 4000 people has been killed in Chicago alone and as a result Chicago is currently the murder capital in America. We see that all of the protesting and chanting is not working to bring about social change. We see that nothing is working to end senseless violence in Chicago. I am using the only tools available to me to get my message out to the public my Youtube videos, my Social Groups, my Blog Postings, my Blogtalkradio show, and now my revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition available on Amazon.

I wrote my book for three reasons: one reason is to raise awareness about the genocide which is taken place within our inner cities in America. Another reason is to promote my virtual organization the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. GRCAM will become both a nonprofit division and a for profit division service based business. It will have three main components: a social service component, a spiritual component, and a political component. Our focus is on providing goods and services to the low income African American community and strengthen single black mothers, single black fathers, and low income two parent families. In time we will offer a second chance program for ex-offenders, former gang members, and homeless individuals.

Finally, I wrote my book in order to generate capital/seed money so that I can start the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute and hire qualified individuals to assist me in the daily operation of my Christian organization. I want to make Chicago a model first before we expand to 10 other cities within 10 states. GRCAI will be committed to the healing ministry of Jesus by showing compassion to inner city youth and their families which will promote dignity to the people and community they will serve. Our mission is to end urban violence, poverty, structural inequality, institutionalized racism, and police brutality within the communities and cities we will serve if given a chance. My revised book is the foundation of this new organization in Urban America.

GRCAI is based on five components:

* Our Social service component – We will provide goods and services to the low income African American community by working directly with single black mothers, single black fathers, and low income two parent families within the communities and cities we will serve. We will offer private employment within the organization to our clients and members based on our budget and sponsorship. In Our goal is to first stabilize the community through our outreach programs and services and create legitimate jobs so that our young people don’t become career criminals. As a result we will have safer streets where our clients can raise their families.

* Our spiritual component – (Optional for secular people) GRCAI is a Christian socialist organization. A Christian socialist is a form of socialism based on the teachings of Jesus. Many Christian socialists believe that capitalism is idolatrous and rooted in greed, social inequality, and institutionalized racism which most Christian denominations consider a mortal sin. We will focus on what we stand for: love, compassion, social justice, and liberation theology. Jesus commanded us to be a witness to others not just for us to read his word, but to activate social change in the world according to Luke4:18-19.

* Our political component – We will create our own independent political party at the local level. We will educate the community and push for community rights by creating our own laws known as community rights and get those laws on the books which will be compatible with the dominant culture. Our laws would protect our local residents and give the community a voice and those affected by bias in the current system. We will hold both Rogue Cops and Urban Terrorist accountable for their actions in a constructive manner. We will form cooperative alliance beyond the black community so that this organization can be diverse for all people of Chicago and surrounding suburbs of Chicago.

* Our Entertainment component – We will host the best African American DJs, African Immigrant DJs, Afro Brazilian DJs and Afro Caribbean DJs. We will display the best of black culture has to offer: from concerts, workshops/seminars, and plenty of family friendly activities. We will host the best parties in Chicago, with various music genres such as Reggae, Gospel, R&B, Jazz, Hip Hop/Holy Hip Hop, Spoken word and more. We will create the best films and stage plays in Chicago, and we will promote unknown artist who become members of this organization. It’s my hope that the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute would become the Hub in the Midwest for emerging artists and upcoming entrepreneurs.

* Our Entrepreneurship component – we will provide help accelerate black business ownership within the black community which will help strengthen the black family which would make an impact in the economy. My vision goes beyond Urban America I plan to expand my Christian organization to 10 countries in Africa through the assistance of African Immigrants in America. They will assist me in setting up chapters in 10 countries in Africa.

* Liberia * Ivory Coast
* Ghana * Angola
* Nigeria * South Africa
* Kenya * Ethiopia
* Tanzania * Uganda

We will go through the proper channels with their government to start our (NGO) Non-government organization. We will offer private employment to our clients and members based on our budget and our sponsorship. We will provide infrastructure for clean running water, agricultural technology to feed the people, and most of all help improve the African economy as well as educate the people about the problems with Capitalism and show them an alternative GRCAM. In time, we will expand to Brazil and the Caribbean Islands.

I am not interested in seeking celebrities to vouch for me they don’t know my story my message is to those who are personally affected by racism and urban violence. Nor am I interested in creating a Gofundme page or asking for donations instead I encourage people on my friends list, and those in my social groups to read my story for themselves. It’s also my hope that through my revised book I will connect with Investors, Business Partners, Christian Entrepreneurs, Social Entrepreneurs, Philanthropist, and who will work with me in starting my nonprofit and my for profit Christian organization in Chicago. The only thing which is preventing me from starting my organization is the lack of manpower and the capital this is why I keep re-emphasizing my revised book. GRCAI is private in order for me to weed out people who don't care about our inner-city youth and their families. GRCAI is open to all law-abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist. This is my contribution back to my community and throughout the African Diaspora.
