(GRCAM Christian Challenge 2017)

The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is part of the Christian family. GRCAM is a virtual Christian socialist organization. A Christian socialist is a form of socialism based on the teachings of Jesus. Many Christian socialists believe that capitalism is idolatrous and rooted in greed, social inequality, and institutionalized racism which most Christian denominations consider a mortal sin. We will focus on what we stand for: love, compassion, social justice, and liberation theology. Jesus commanded us to be a witness to others not just for us to read his word, but to activate social change in the world according to Luke4:18-19. Remember Jesus told us to focus on the lease of these in society according to Matthew 25:35-40. We will be committed to the healing ministry of Jesus by showing compassion to inner city youth and their families which will promote dignity to the people and community we will serve.

My message challenge to all who claim to be Christians on my friends list/in my social groups to support me by purchasing my revised book, reading my story and sharing my book information with your family, friends places of worship and at your local community center. Be in agreement with me that my revised book would get on the best seller list before the end of the year so that I could use the proceeds from my book sell to hire qualified individuals who will assist me and Sister Rena with the daily operation of my Christian business the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago.

What makes GRCAM different from other Christian organizations is that our focus is on meeting the need of the community we will service while showing God's love to those who we will serve. We will display an authentic form of Christianity. The black church used to be the back bone of the black community. The black church use to speak out against the social ills in our society which gave rise to the Civil Rights Movement. After the Civil Rights era African Americans have divided themselves based on social class, religion, and political affiliation.

The Black Church has played a power role in the black community. I believe people now adays are seeking social justice own their own rather than including religion as part of their strategy. Our ancestors embrace Christianity as a way to cope during slavery and during the Civil Rights Movement. But today churches in our inner cities are not helping the black community as they once did, because of widespread hypocrisy and also religious leaders are focusing more on building mega churches instead of focusing on meeting the community needs. People are in church on Sunday but the Church is not in them. I thought I would get support from the faith community about my cause but many of our brothers and sisters have this Willie Lynch mentality which is doing more harm than good in the black culture.

From sex abuse in the church by
pedofile priest to pastors having sexual relations with members from their congregation, or the lavish lifestyles portrayed by preachers of LA gives the Black Church a bad rep. These negative stories about the church gives secular people a reason not to come to church. The devil is on his job everyday to destroy families and their lives through wicked people. Religious leaders are the ones responsible for the death of Jesus Christ. Jesus was considered a revolutionary because of his preaching in those days. He was a threat to the political elite and the religious establishment because he wanted people to focus on God’s kingdom. In the book of Matthew 6:33 “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” We can see in the book of John 10:24-39 and in the book of Mark 11:27-28.

The gospels portray Jesus opponents as The Chief Priests, Scribes, Elders, Pharisees, and Sadducees as religious leaders who conspired to have him killed. The only sources we have for who had Jesus murdered are the four Gospels: Mark 14-15, Matthew 26-27, Luke 22-23, and John 18-19. The Bible tell us that Jesus was arrested, underwent two hearings or trials, was sentenced to death by crucifixion, and died on the cross. The Jews who took the initiative in this proceeding were not the only opponents of Jesus during his public ministry (the Pharisees) but also the High Priest, the Chief Priests and the Elders those who had more at stake in running the Temple and keeping the peace of Jerusalem. According to Mark 14:53-65, there were two charges made against Jesus: He threatened to destroy the Temple and claimed to be “the Messiah.”

Jesus’ threat against the Temple fits with his symbolic action in “cleansing” the Temple (Mark 11:15-19) and his prophecies about the Temple’s destruction (Mark 13:1-2). For Jewish leaders and merchants whose livelihood depended on the Temple, the slightest threat against the Temple would have been taken very seriously. Moreover, Jesus claim to be “the Messiah” set off alarms not only among the Romans but also among the Jewish leaders. Both viewed Jesus as another religious pretender who had to be dealt with. The kind of language being used about Jesus in some circles alerted them to the danger that Jesus pose to their power and status quo. Although Jewish leaders were involved, the main legal formalities were carried out by the Romans. Jesus was killed “under Pontius Pilate,” and the Jewish authorities in Jerusalem played a role in Jesus death.

In Matthew 27:25 “His blood be upon us and upon our children” is best taken as referring to the crowd manipulated by the leaders of Jerusalem. Jesus died in accord with the Scriptures as the expression of God’s will. Jesus died a sacrificial death for us and for our sins (Mark, Paul, and Hebrews). Jesus death was part of his revelation of God and of his glorious return to the Father and the pledge of his second coming (Revelation).

Today the biggest threat to young black boys and young black girls are urban terrorist who are killing more of our youth than the Klan. Nowadays the Black Church is focus more on becoming a mega church then focusing on what Jesus told us in his word to focus on the lease of these in society. GRCAM will be compose of local neighborhood residents, clients/members, medical providers, social service providers, faith representatives and the business community. This ensures that the whole community is committed to fight to reduce urban violence while solving other issues facing the African American community. The amount of federal dollars going directly to urban communities have decreased over the last 20 years. GRCAM is about combining health care, social service programs, and faith will help meet the need of the community without depending solely on government assistance. Major urban cities desperately need the programs that GRCAM will offer but I want to get it started in my home town first.

We as Christians are called not so much to enter troubled waters or to be a bridge over troubled waters, but to actually trouble the waters: to disrupt and confront injustice, to resist and tear down dehumanizing structures so that we can create new systems that honor our God-given dignity. We must disrupt those who seek to rob our medical care, especially from the poor. We must disrupt those who would take even food stamps and nutrition assistance from the mouths of children. We are called to trouble the waters so that we can help advance the kingdom of God. My question to Christians, are you Chaplains of the Empire or Prophets of the Resistance?

Urban violence is a mortal issues just like slavery and lynching. GRCAM will take the lead in Chicago to help reduce urban violence while meeting the need of the community we will serve if given chance. My book is just the beginning I want to be remembered for trying to start a positive business in the black community. I want everyone in America to know my story. I also want everyone on Facebook, Google Plus, LinkedIn, Twitter, and WordPress to know my story. My cause is a just cause and I refuse to allow small minded African Americans to overlook the vision my creator has given me to do within the Mid-West. GRCAM is beyond the four walls of a church GRCAM is a Christian business/new system based on the vision my creator has given me. Habukkah tells us to write the vision; make it plain. Though it tarry; wait for it.

The world economy under capitalism have created new forms of economic slavery, outsourcing jobs, gutting voters rights, cuts to entitlement programs, creating a multi-billion dollar prison industry has made America loss it’s mortal stand as a world leader. My cause is about restoring the African American community not through wishful thinking, but though fundamental change. Every job I’ve had, relied on people working together which resulted in success. We have a tough task ahead: tackling many issues within the black community. I know that together, we have what it takes to turn around our community for the sake of our forgotten children who are trapped in American ghettos. Improving our inner cities won’t be easy, but together, we can do it. If African Americans and others continue voting for career politicians who only make feel good inspirational speeches to play on votes emotions then nothing will change. When you keep confronting the same problems, over and over again, it’s time to find a new solution.

For 25 Years established black organizations in my city have ignored my plan to improve our inner cities in Chicago as a result over 4,000 people in the city of Chicago alone has been killed. Since Black America has rejected my plan I have decided to narrow my focus to only 10 cities instead of 25 cities which I wrote in the book. I offer something that no black leader in America has and that is a 21st century plan to improve our inner cities in America starting in Chicago.

I use my weekly online talkshow (Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos)As a platform for people on my friends list and my group members to share their business, ministries, or special talent/skills with my listeners from the podcast community from around the globe. The mission of my show is to spread the love of Jesus Christ to individuals, families and communities through a wholistic approach rooted in our fundamental understanding of human beings as created in the image of God. My online talkshow is about discussing controversial topics within the black community from spiritual warfare, health and wellness, political/social issues and current events as it pertains to End times prophecy with people on my friends list. I also created my talkshow to give ordinary law-abiding citizens, activist, artist, Musicians, Poets, Gospel Singers, Writers, Church leaders, and upcoming entrepreneurs locally, nationally, and internationally an opportunity to promote their products/services or share their talents and skills with my listeners in the convenience and privacy of your home.

Values: GRCAM exists to serve. The core values of compassion, equality, excellence, partnership and stewardship guide our actions as we work together to provide quality programs and services to urban communities.

Philosophy: The care we provide is wholistic. This philosophy means we understand people have physical, emotional and spiritual needs and their relations to God, themselves, their families and society are vital to health and healing. Finally, we believe all people are created in the image of God. All human beings live under God’s care and must be treated with dignity and respect.

The only thing which is preventing me from starting my Christian organization is the lack of manpower and the capital this is why I turned to social media to get my message out to the public through my Youtube videos, my Social Groups, my Blog Postings, my blogtalkradio show, and now my revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding,And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition which is available on Amazon. In my book I offer a 21st century strategy about what my organization will do to help reduce urban violence while improving our inner cities in America starting in Chicago.

I am called by my creator to rebuild our inner cities in America similar to that of Nehemiah who was called by God to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem. Nehemiah used qualified engineers, architects and inventors to rebuild a new city. My vision is confirm based on Joshua 18:3 God is asking us the same question He asked the Israelites; “How long will you wait?”

Stand up Chicago and work with me in turning my plan into a reality and let’s make our community better again. I call upon the residents on the Westside of Chicago in Austin,Garfield Park, and North Lawndale to work with me so that I can bring GRCAM to your community. I call upon the residents on the Southside of Chicago in Auburn Gresham,Bronzeville, Chatham, Englewood, Roseland, Southshore, Washington Park, and Woodlawn to work with me so that I can bring GRCAM to your community.

The best way to help is by purchasing my revised book and sharing my book information. I am not asking for any donations instead I want everyone in America to know my story and for 10 individuals within the United States who have read my story and meet the qualifications I am looking for which is as follows: Investors, Business Partners, Christian Entrepreneurs, Social Entrepreneurs, and Philanthropist. They will work with me in setting up and starting my nonprofit and my for profit Christian business in Chicago. GRCAM is about making our urban community better, healthier, and stronger. We all have mountains to climb, but when it comes to Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos, no child should have to climb that mountain alone.

As part of GRCAM initiative, we will focus on building cooperative alliances with individuals, law enforcement, legislators, and similar community organizations committed to this work. It’s my hope to make Chicago a model first before we expand to 10 other cities within 10 states. I also want to build alliances with Progressive African Americans, African Immigrants, Afro-Brazilians, Afro-Caribbean, Non-black sympathizers as well as all Christian denominations, I extend my hand of friendship to moderate Muslims, and Secular people who are interested in working with me in turning my vision into a reality.

My message to my international friends especially in Africa. I love Africa and all African people I pray for peace, prosperity, and the glory of God upon Africa. I don’t have another 25 years to waste please encourage your family members or friends from your country who reside in the United States, Canada, or Europe to purchase my revised book and read my story. The sooner I begin my organization in America the sooner we can discuss expanding GRCAM on the African continent you have word.

After GRCAM is established in 10 cities in America I plan to expand my Christian organization to 10 countries in Africa with the assistance of African Immigrants in America. They will assist me in setting up chapters in 10 countries such as in Liberia, Ivory Coast,Ghana, Angola, Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, and Uganda. GRCAM objective in Africa is to help improve the lives of our African people while at the same time improve the African economy especially for those who reside in marginalized
/disadvantaged communities so they to can participate in our programs and services.

We will go through the proper channels with their government to start our (NGO) Non-government organization. We will offer private employment to our clients and members based on our budget and our sponsorship. We will provide infrastructure for clean running water, agricultural technology to feed the people, and most of all help improve the African economy while educating the people about the problems with Capitalism and show them an alternative GRCAM. In time, we will expand to Brazil and the Caribbean Islands.

GRCAM is membership based and private in order for me to weed out people who don’t care about our inner-city youth, their families, or the black community. No harden criminals, No active gang members, No urban terrorist, No pedofiles, and no half steppers allowed in my organization this is how I get down. GRCAM is open to all ordinary law abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist. This is my contribution back to my community, society and throughout the African Diaspora.

Proverbs 29:18 Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.
