(GRCAM Community Building In The 21st Century)

The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is a grassroots think-tank which focus on connecting with other like minded individuals around the global who are concern about African American youth and their families who are from a lower economic income. We will promote advances in public policy starting in the city of Chicago once I have my management team in place. The failure of Black Leadership and Black Organizations in the information age is unacceptable.

For 26 years established black organizations in the city of Chicago have refuse to work with me in creating a new movement in Black America called GRCAM the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. Since 2001, over 4,000 people in Chicago alone has been killed due to urban violence and still our black leaders don’t have a plan to solve urban violence.

Since established black organizations in the city of Chicago has rejected my plan to improve our inner cities in the city of Chicago I have decided to narrow my focus to only 10 cities within the Midwest. Those leaders prefer to keep our people misinformed for their own gain. They are being funded by the financial elites, the same people that have divided African Americans since the Civil Rights Movement through social class, religion, and political affiliation.

African Americans have been protesting and marching for equality in the United States for 52 years and still black people continue to chant no justice no peace there is no substance just slogans. African American from the lower economic class are suffering great harm from senseless violence, high unemployment, mass incarceration, police brutality, drug abuse, high illiteracy, inadequate healthcare and failing schools as a result of institutionalized racism. This is why I decided to make my virtual Christian organization the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement membership based and private in order for me to weed out small minded people who only want to be seen.

Once God open the doors for me to have the capital and manpower then I will close the doors to those passive spectators on my friends list and start move my virtual Christian organization from behind a computer starting in the city of Chicago. None of my members will ever have to endure such humiliation as I did just for trying to start something positive in the black community you have my word.

My organization will build cooperative alliances with all Christian denominations, Millennials, Non-black sympathizers, moderate Muslims and secular people who are interested in putting my ideas into action. GRCAI will be crucial to guaranteeing that a wide and diverse range of black voices and others are heard loud and clear. This is what I want to be remembered for trying to do something positive in the black community instead of complaining about the white man, career politicians, and the government.

I offer something that no black leader in America have that is a vision to improve our inner cities in America as well as a vision to improve the African economy and improve the lives of those who reside in the Slums of Africa. Once I have my management team in place I will start my Christian organization starting in the city of Chicago and beyond. Those who join my management team will go down in history with me and Sister Rena.

I have my articles of incorporation and my bylaws typed and available for my nonprofit. I also have my articles of organization typed and available for my For Profit Service Based Business. I seek qualified professionals to join my team I will not settle for less. You don't have to wait until my book is on the best sellers list come forth. All I ask is that you read my story first so that I don't have to keep re-explaining myself this will save us time in order for us to focus on specific task.

We will go through the proper channels with their government to start our (NGO) Non-government organization. We will offer private employment to our clients and members based on our budget and our sponsorship. We will provide infrastructure for clean running water, agricultural technology to feed the people, and most of all help improve the African economy as well as educate the people about the problems with Capitalism and show them an alternative GRCAM. In time, we will expand to Brazil and the Caribbean Islands.

I am just one black man with a plan and a vision it takes a team to make a dream work. GRCAM is a global community of thinkers and builders I need your help to move GRCAM from behind a computer into our urban communities that need our talent and skills. I believe this act of human collaboration across an open platform is essential to the low income African American community and our collective future.

The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute will be private in order for us to weed out people who don’t care about inner-city youth, their families, or the black community. GRCAI will become a cooperative, governed by an Advisory Board. GRCAI will be membership based and operated for the mutual benefit of our members. Also, any earnings we make are returned to our members in the forms of lower prices through our quality programs and services. Our members come first and we will be committed to providing trusted and understandable information. We will work towards keeping our members healthy, informed, and safe.

Everyone will be screen and must attend our mandatory orientation and sign the community pledge no exceptions. No harden criminals, No active gang members, No urban terrorist, No pedofiles, and no half steppers allowed in my organization this is how I get down. GRCAI is open to all ordinary law-abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist. This is my contribution back to my community, society and throughout the African Diaspora.

About GRCAM

I created (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement on November 10th 1991 on a site called Gopher to help raise awareness about the genocide which is taking place within our inner cities in America in order for me to connect with other like-minded individuals who share my concern to form a legitimate coalition across the United States and around the globe for my cause Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos starting in Chicago.

Today GRCAM is on 300 social networks and has grown into a global movement, with thousands of people in my online social groups from around the world. My goal now is to turn GRCAM into a real Christian business (GRCAI) the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago. The only thing which is preventing me from starting my Christian organization is the lack of manpower and the capital this is why I am on social media to get my message out to the public through my Youtube videos, my Social Groups, my Blog Postings, my online talkshow, and now through my revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition available on Amazon. This book is an auto-biography about my experience growing up in the inner city of Chicago.

In my book I provide a 21st century plan on how my Christian organization will help eradicate urban violence in the city of Chicago while at the same time meet the social needs of the urban communities and families that want to utilize our programs and services if given a chance.
