(GRCAM: Bridging The Gap Between African Americans and African Immigrants and Native Africans)

When I first created “GRCAM” the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement on November 10th 1991 on a site called Gopher. My focus then was on inner city youth and their families who are entitled to respect, basic resources, and safety in their own community. GRCAM is a virtual Christian socialist organization. Christian socialism is a form of socialism based on the teachings of Jesus. We believe capitalism is idolatrous and rooted in greed, which some Christian denominations consider a mortal sin. The cause of social inequality is due to capitalism.

I created GRCAM as a place where like minded individuals within the United States and abroad for people of all walks of life can gather in unison to fight for equality and social justice and for us to be on one accord. GRCAM is about teaching the healing ministry of Jesus by showing compassion to inner city youth and their families which will promote dignity to the people and community we will serve.

In GRCAM we focus on what Christianity stand for: love, compassion, social justice, and liberation theology. Jesus commanded us to be a witness to others not just for us to read his word, but to activate social change in the world according to Luke 4:18-19. This organization is for people who are passionate about making changes in this world. I welcome all Christian denominations in the faith, secular people, and moderate Muslims to participate in this new movement. The only thing which is preventing me from turning my virtual organization GRCAM into a real business is the lack of manpower and the capital.

The Facts:

For 24 years I’ve been doing my best to find 30 qualified people in my city and online to join my management team yet still to this day I have no one on management team. Through my Youtube videos, my Blogtalkradio show, my social groups, my blog postings, my free webinars on Facebook, Google Plus and Skype and now through my revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition available on Amazon.com

I am still seeking 30 individuals within the United States who have read my story and agree with my plan and who meet the criteria I am looking for, for those persons to make themselves known to me through my business email I provided in my revised book. They must have degrees or training in the following areas: Executive Assistant, Accountant, General Manager, Social Worker, Associate Director, Financial Planner, Marketing, Information Technology Coordinator, Grant Writer, Lawyer, Development Assistant, Real Estate Broker, Business Manager, Insurance Agent, Administrative Receptionist, Human Resource Manger, Finance, Musician, Vocal Coach, Poet, Play Writers/ Film Makers, Actors/Actresses, Theater Director, Public Relation Specialist, Journalist, and Box Office Staff.

Since 2001 over 4000 people has been killed in Chicago alone and as a result Chicago is currently the murder capital in America. We see that nothing is working to end senseless violence in Chicago, so why is there so much resistance to my action plan within Black America? Because of this Willie Lynch mentality within the black culture. Once my organization is established in Chicago I will declare war on this Willie Lynch mentality by teaching our clients and members how to heal from the scars of slavery and provide the resources to them and their families through this business. We will offer private employment to our clients and members based on our budget and our sponsorship. In time we will offer a second chance program for ex offenders, former gang members, and the homeless.

Black Americans use to have a sense of togetherness from the Reconstruction Era through the Civil Rights Era. Nowadays our people have become so Americanized and divided we can't agree on anything let alone taking about liberating Africa coming from the Marcus Garvey Movement. I reject the Marcus Garvey Movement. He never visit Africa instead he went to Europe where he died. I never seen any African American organizations helping poor Native Africans on the African continent. This Willie Lynch mentality is not limited to just African Americans but also Native Africans who dislike other Native Africans.

This is why my virtual organization is private in order for me to weed out small minded individuals and people who careless about inner city youth and their families. I focus on promoting my revised book in order to generate capital from my book sell so that I can be in a better position to hire qualified people who meet the criteria I am looking for. Also I want to attract people from the business community who are Angel Investors, Business Partners, Christian Entrepreneurs, and Social Entrepreneurs to discuss my for profit business plan. In contrast, I also hope to attract Donors, Philanthropist, and Sponsors to discuss my nonprofit business plan.

* I will support those who support me. Those who have purchased my revised book and agree with my plan I will make arrangements to have you as a guest speaker on my blogtalkradio show, to discuss my revised book in order to encourage others to read my story as well as give you an opportunity to promote your events, your business, or your music with my audience in the podcast community.

* I am still searching for a legitimate film director and producer to work with me in turning my revised book into a motion picture. As soon as I have my film crew in place I will post that information on my websites. You are more than welcome to audition for my urban Christian film when the time comes. If you are selected by our panel then I will discuss compensation with you.

* Even if you are unable to afford my revised book you can still play a role in helping me speed up the process by sharing my book information and my Youtube channel with your online friends. You can also make your own video to help encourage others to read my revised book. I can’t do this alone in order for me to achieve my goal, I need people on my friends list, people in my social groups, and Chicago residents to work with me by spreading my book information with your family, friends, place of worship, and also at your local community center. Our goal is to help create opportunities within urban communities and break the cycle of crime and poverty. Our first goal is to get my revised book on the best sellers list in order for me to be in a better position to hire qualified people to be on my management team.

I want to make Chicago a model first before we expand to 25 other cities within 25 states. My vision goes beyond Black America my vision now includes Africa, Brazil and the Caribbean Islands. Once we're established in 25 cities I plan on having Native Africans in America to assist me in setting up chapters in 25 countries in Africa. We will go through the proper channels with their government to start my (NGO) Non-government organization/private non-profit and for profit service based business. We will offer private employment to our clients and members based on our budget and our sponsorship. We will provide infrastructure for clean running water, agricultural technology to feed the people, and most of all help improve the African economy as well as educate our people about the problems with Capitalism and show them an alternative GRCAM. We will also expand to Brazil and the Caribbean Islands.

Our mission is to end urban violence, poverty, structural inequality, institutionalized racism, and police brutality within the communities and cities we will serve if given a chance. GRCAM is about making our urban community better, healthier, and stronger. GRCAM is also about building a strong unified global community and providing basic resources to families that want to utilize our programs and services. GRCAM is open to all ordinary law abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist. Please share this message in order to speed up the process so that this movement can grow and share my book information with your friends, place of worship, and also at your local community center so that we can make Black America and Africa great again just like our people did during the Golden Age and during Black Wall Street. Peace over violence
