(Gathering OF The Minds: Awakening The Greater Call OF Black People)

Brothers, Sisters, and Others aren't you tired of marching and protesting against those in power who constantly oppress the poor? Aren't you tired of following black leaders who lack a vision to improve Black America? For two decades my plan to improve our inner cities in America has been overlooked by established black organizations all because of people with big egos or what I call Willie Lynch mentality which is doing more harm than good for African Americans. Since 2001 over 4,000 people has been killed in Chicago alone. As a result Chicago is currently the murder capital in America. We see nothing out there is working why not give my ideas a chance?

The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute will offer an unparalleled opportunity for undiscovered artist seeking to engage with American consumers. It is where people can find new products and merchandise, gets informed, empowered and enlightened. For 24 years, I've been doing my best to find qualified individuals to join my management team so that I can move my virtual organization from behind a computer starting on the Westside of Chicago and also on the Southside of Chicago. My revised book "The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America" second edition on Amazon.com will be taught to all of our members. Our motto is one mind, one voice, one accord.

The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute will give community residents a venue to discuss and explore solutions they confront on a daily basis. We will develop cooperative alliances with corporations and small business vendors to showcase their products and services to our members and the community. We will promote National and Local Musical Artists, Fashion Shows, Dance & Much More. Once I generate enough capital from my book sell and have my management team in place then I will start the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute in Chicago which will offer a broad range of services:

• Private employment to our clients and members based on our budget and sponsorship.

• Offer a second chance program for ex-offenders, former gang members, and the homeless.

• Our students will learn Film Making, Performing Arts, Entrepreneurship Training, Journalism, Book Writing, and Financial Literacy.

• Empower local and national Actors, Actresses, Artists, Comedians, Fashion Designers, Film Makers, Models, Musicians, Performing Artist, Poets, Singers, and Writers. We don’t need to beg career politicians to do what they were elected in office to do. Who is willing to devote themselves to my plan which will provide a better life for the next generation?

My goal this year is to connect with 30 individuals within the United States who have read my story and who agree with my plan to improve our inner cities in America starting in Chicago. They must have degrees or training in the following areas: Executive Assistant, Accountant, General Manager, Social Worker, Associate Director, Financial Planner, Marketing, Information Technology Coordinator, Grant Writer, Lawyer, Development Assistant, Real Estate Broker, Business Manager, Insurance Agent, Administrative Receptionist, Human Resource Manger, Finance, Musician, Vocal Coach, Poet, Play Writers/ Film Makers, Actors/Actresses, Theater Director, Public Relation Specialist, Journalist, and Box Office Staff.

My book is just the beginning, it’s my hope that through my book I could connect with people from the business community who are Angel Investors, Business Partners, Christian Entrepreneurs, and Social Entrepreneurs to discuss my for profit business plan. In contrast, I also plan on meeting with Donors, Philanthropist, and Sponsors to discuss my nonprofit business plan.

Get involved

I can't do this alone in order for me to achieve my goal, I need people on my friends list, people in my social groups, and Chicago residents to stand up and work with me by spreading my book information with your family, friends, place of worship, and also at your local community center. I want to make Chicago a model first before we expand to 25 other cities within 25 states as mentioned in my book. Once my organization is established in 25 states I plan on having Native Africans in America to assist me in setting up chapters in 25 countries in Africa. I want to earn creditability in America first before we expand abroad to Africa. We will go through the proper channels with their government to start my (NGO) Non-government organization/ private for profit service based business in order to offer private employment to our clients and members based on our budget and our sponsorship.

We will provide infrastructure for clean running water, agricultural technology to feed the people, and most of all help improve the African economy as well as educate our people about the problems with Capitalism and show them an alternative GRCAM. We will also expand to Brazil and the Caribbean Islands. GRCAM is about building a strong unified global community and providing basic resources to families that want to utilize our programs and services. My organization is open to all ordinary law abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist. This is my contribution back to my community, society, and throughout the African Diaspora.
