(The Heart OF GRCAM - Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos)

Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos is a virtual community activist group called to raise public awareness and mobilize concerned people about the atrocities taken place within the inner cities of American ghettos and is based on Emmanuel Barbee revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition available on Amazon.com

Emmanuel is trying to find 30 individuals within the United States who have read his story and agree with his vision to improve Urban America and also who meets the qualifications he is looking for in order to join his management team. He is trying to form a local coalition and also a national coalition of spiritual, political, and human rights organizations to assist him with bring in basic resources to families and their children who are trapped in America ghettos. In time he plan to expand his organization to 25 countries on the African continent. Since 2001 over 4000 people has been killed in Chicago alone and as a result Chicago is currently the murder capital in America.

Emmanuel blames the Obama Administration for focusing more on advancing gay rights than providing more resources to help improve the lives of inner cities residents in America which would help reduce the bloodshed we see taking place within the inner cities. If the UN can provide security forces to protect the Afghan population from the Taliban why does the American government continue to fail inner city residents? Because the government is not interested in providing protection to poor black U.S. citizens from urban terrorist.

In order to create a more effective and collective voice dedicated to preventing genocidal violence, Emmanuel believe that through his story he could get the exposure he needs to get his message beyond cyberspace and to professionals that meet the qualifications he is looking for to turn his virtual organization into a real Christian organization which will encompass a membership base of local, national, and international activists, student movement and a network of investors.

Community Outreach:

The goal is to provide quality programs and services to underserved single black mothers, single black fathers, and low income two parent families and their children, enabling them to lead productive and healthy lives. Also to ensure dignified, respectful and equal access to quality education, by forming cooperative alliances with other community organizations. We will provide a recreational center within the organization for local elementary students and high school students which will give them an opportunity to explore and develop their talents, while gaining critical skills for work, college and beyond.

Provide year round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of sports giving our students an opportunity to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their peers and the community. We will offer live theater. GRCAM will work to diversify audiences, address racial issues and embrace similarities and understanding and acceptance. We will also create films to share with the world about the daily struggles within the urban community and work to improve the lives of children raise in those communities.

Our charity E. HOUSE mission is to improve the quality of life for families and community residents. Our program will help meet basic needs for employment, housing, health care, and education through training and projects directed at advocacy, social services, empowerment, and self-awareness. Provide hope and resources for those without life’s essentials.
The focus is on Education, Health & Wellness, Community Research and Social Service.

GRCAM is about making our urban community better, healthier, and stronger. GRCAM is also about building a strong unified global community which will provide basic resources to families that want to utilize our programs and services. GRCAM is open to all ordinary law abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist. GRCAM is private in order for Emmanuel to weed out small minded individuals and people who careless about inner city youth and their families. This is my contribution back to my community, society, and throughout the African Diaspora. Peace over violence
